Summer is where our season begins. Consistency over the summer helps you build fitness, strength, and helps build the team culture before the official season starts.
Whether you're a returning runner or brand new to cross country, summer workouts are the best way to prepare for the fall season.
Summer Training Information:
📅 Start Date: July 13, 2026
🕗 Practice Days: Monday–Friday
⏰ Practice Time: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
📍 Primary Location: Central High School @ The Track
Weight Room:
🏋️ Monday, Wednesday, Friday
⏰ 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Our weight room will sessions focus on:
Injury prevention
Strength development
Mobility
Core stability
Building well-rounded athletes
Practice Locations:
While many workouts will be at Central High School, we will occasionally train at locations such as:
Woodward Park
Local trails
Other training locations

No experience is required.
