At Central High, nothing is handed to us.
We might be a smaller school, but we are built on hard work, toughness, and consistency. At Central, we take pride in our work ethic, our commitment to each other, and our determination to compete at a high level every single day.
Cross Country is not just about running miles. It is about discipline, consistency, accountability, teammwork, and learning how to push through challenges when things get difficult.

Success does not come easy. Improvement takes hard work and dedication. Every mile, workout, race, and accomplishment in this sport is earned through consistency and effort.
We believe toughness is built through hard days, early mornings, and working even when things become uncomfortable.
